How much does it generally cost to repair a punctured tire, if car is already off the car (ford explorer)?

Patch - $10 and up
Rebalancing would be extra unless you went back to the shop that sold you the lifetime free flat repair/wheel balancing...

My 96 ford explorer car battery won't recharge anymore?
I bought a new battery and everything was fine then when I start hitting bumps the battery light started blinking then would stay still then would go away but now it stays still and my battery is dying my car won't recharge it and I doubt its the battery so what part of my car won't recharge it and is it expensive
might be a loose ground wire....take car to autozone or other car shop and have them check the starting/charging systems..could be an alternator going bad...
