if yes, then what would be the cost and what kind of kit will i have to fit?
my car model is 2005 and already beyond warranty(including extended warranty) auto LPG filling station here and can register the vehicle after conversion..but there is no professional fitter for Ford fusion in Goa.

Is it normal for a ford fusion AWD car to have a pulsating feel when slowing down aggressavly while turning?

When you say "slowing down aggressively" I take it that this means some brakes are being applied.
If so, if may be that your are feeling the ABS system and traction control doing its thing/s. The ABS is pulsing the brakes, and or the traction control is shifting the power to wheels. Some traction controls systems use the brake system to stop a wheel from spinning.
So I think it just maybe by design, and not a failure.
If it bothers you slow down in the corners, or lift your foot sooner and coast into the turn.

when i press my brake lights on my car (ford fusion) the front lights flash on and off as well.?

I changed a brake light last week but i have just noticed the problem and im not sure if its connected

I would bet that you have at some time replaced a rear light bulb with an incorrect one so that it feeds power from the brake light into the side lights, take the bulb out that you replaced and fit the correct one, problem solved.
