How do you get the rear calipor piston to screw in to be able to put back into place. Car 2002 ford mustang?

I cannot get the the rear calipers to screw back in, is there a trick to this. When I did the front brakes the calipers screwed in easily. I don't get why the rear calipers are so difficult, they will not budge. Anyone have any ideas? Your help would be greatly appreciated! The car is a 2002 ford mustang V6 automatic.

Go to your local parts store,Auto Zone or an O'reillys,ask them for a caliper tool that is used for Mustangs.Its a square that has different little studs on each side and has a 3/8 drive in the middle.Each set of studs will line up w/ a different piston in the caliper,find the one that fits your piston and turn the tool clockwise until the piston is seated all the way into the caliper.You wont be able to get the piston in w/o the tool.The tool casts about $8.00.Its a good investment.

Their has always been a rivalry between Ford and Chevrolet, especially the camaro and mustang, but which one is better.I know theirs a variety of mustangs with different options in order to beat the camaro. Which, one is better: engine, body, the whole package.

Is a ford mustang a good car?

I want a 2007 ford mustang, but im not sure if its as good of an investment as a honda. i want a hot sports car, but i also want great quality. what should i get?

DO NOT BUY A HONDA!!!!!! I'm not saying they are bad cars or anything like that. What I am saying is that I just bought a Mustang, and I get complements about it wherever I go. People I don't even know tell me how much they admire my car, and I met a lot of other nice Mustang owners. I would totally recommend the Mustang. It is a blast to drive, and all of my friends want to drive it, or at least ride in it. It is a great quality. I have had absolutely no problems with it, and I have so much fun driving it that I will go out for no reason just to get to drive my car. Buy the Mustang. It's the most amazing and fun car I've ever had! Oh yeah I almost forgot. Since you have a choice of Mustang V6 (210 HP), Mustang GT(300 HP), Shelby GT (319-325HP), and Shelby Cobra GT500 (500 HP). You have a lot of engine choices. I have the 210 HP Mustang and I get 16 Miles per gallon city. Oh and one last thing. The horsepower of the Shelby GT is supposed to be 325 but I read in a magazine that when they ran tests on it that it was only 319, so that's why I put it in a range. Wait, I promise this is the last thing. Just say you bought a Honda. A Civic doesn't come in convertible, or coupe (with a fastback profile) like the Mustang does. Have I made my point?
