why is cadillac escalade more expensive than a hummer?

because a hummer H3 SUV cost 40,000cnd compared to a cadillac escalade worth 79,000cnd -- both "used cars". now why is that so?!

fringe benefit package, all that damn plastic in the escalade, someone has to pay for it...

HELP!!!!!! i need a new car:(?

i need a car i can put rimz on it + i need an suv not a sedan or coupe= so i picked 2 cars
nissan murano or hummer H3

according to consumer reports a hummer is not a reliable car at all. it had very bad ratings in fact.. its gorgeous and all but you really dont wana have to deal with any problems in the future. a nissan murano on the other hand, scored quite well with consumer reports and is quite a reliable car. its a very nice looking car as well. if i were you , i'd go to http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/index.htm and do a little research and the vehicles that your interested in. you dont want to buy a car and then have it break down in a year.

Hummer category disappeared? Coincidence?

Hey, what happened to the Hummer category on here? Is it coincidence that the Hummer category disappears and a news item today says that Hummer's H3 is the worst performing SUV the IIHS has ever crash-tested? Maybe GM asked Yahoo to remove the category so they wouldn't get publicly slammed? How do H3 owners feel, now that their "tough" SUV is shown to be a sissy-boy car??

I think it was already known as a sissy-boy car. This crash testing news won't change that, only change is there will be sissy-boys in the hospital whining when they wreck.
