I'm installing subs and an amp in a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The amp needs power from the battery of the car but in order to do that you need to run the battery wire from the engine to the inside of the car and there is no hole to run it through. Has anyone ever done this before or have a simple solution?
For the amp to receive enough power it needs to be connected to the battery. If you look at the firewall, all the way to the right (next to the master cylinder) there should be an entrance with wires already running through it. You can poke a hole through the rubber and run it straight through.

Latch system for a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee for car seat?
My Jeep does not have the latch system, is this something that can be added on (attached to the seatbelt bolts or something). In the US this is required by law on vehicles produced after 2003.

Usually if you go to the dealer they can install the tether system near the bottom of the back seat for a car seat. eventhough on your Jeep, it is not required, it would be a good idea until your child is ready for a booster seat(around 5-6 years old).

Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 98- car shakes when I come to a complete stop?
My check engine light came on so I took my car to the mechanic. They said that the computer said that my car needed a new throttle position sensor. They replaced it, and they said the computer found no other sensor problems. They cleared out the check engine light. Now when I come to a complete stop, the front of my car shakes alot. It runs smooth otherwise. Any thoughts?
