of course you can, neither car is a race car, but your crown vic should have at least twice the power, blow his doors off!

I'm actually thinking about buying a KIA Amanti. Is this a good car to buy or should I buy a Nissan Altima?

Buy the Altima! Nissan has a better reputation than Kia. The Altima is more fuel efficient, but...the Amanti has a lot of Standard Features. Check JDPower.com for more info, or get a subscription to Consumer Reports, and every year there is the Annual Auto Issue, which has reports on all vehicles for the current model year, as well as reports on used cars.

what is the better car---a Hyundai xg350 2005 or a KIA amanti 2005?

the hyudai is the better of the 2 options kias 100,000 mile warranty is a crock of shit, if you can do your self a favor and stay away from either, buy your self a Honda.
