If you have the same car can you look in the instruction booklet and tell me if there is a way to adjust the settings in the alarm so that the alarm set/reset tone is either turned off or reduced in volume?

you can shut off the alarm, but not the loudness of the unit,they are factory set and can go as hi as the sound desimals are set and they are all set by goverment noise standards.the alarm company that installs the alarms are the only ones that can tell you what the number of desimals the alarm is set for.or remove the alarm unit from the vehicle and on the alarm it will tell you the desimal setting.

What is wrong with my car? '02 Kia Sedona P0715 code?

Over the last month have had 2 incidents which throw CEL. Code is 0715 for Input Speed Sensor Malfuction.

What happens is the car makes a loud THUMP, and it feels like I lose 1st gear at the very least. Basically it will not downshift. After about an hour of rest, car drives fine. After about 1 day, CEL goes off. Both times this has happened occurred in practically the same location. I was pulling ot of a gravel lot after dtr's soccer practice. Could a stone maybe jar the sensor?

We have a KIA Sedona our 2nd. It's a 2005 and we are already having probs. Our first was a 2002. We had probs out of the alternator we had 3 put in it and still had troubles. And I believe the transmission may be whats wrong with yours. It may not be a bad idea if you get new car to drive for the safety of your family. Sorry I couldn't be more help.....

Is a 2004 Kia Sedona mini vans driver seat suppose to break in a car wreck if rear ended?

I was rear ended and my seat broke, I was not able to see were I was going, reach my steering wheel, nor reach my breaks. I have been told no they are not to break and I have been told yes they are for safety reasons. I have to see a back specialist because T8 and T11 are fractured.
