hmm good question the porsche carrera is a great car but cant keep up with the mclaren the mclarens top speed is 207 mph and has better acceleration and handling than the carrera gt. With an engine 5.5 litre v8 deff a better car plus the carrera gt isnt as good looking as the slr mclaren.

First, off if you don't have a job then get one, because if you save up you might get close to your goal. When buying a car you make a down payment, which is a certain amount of money paid to the dealers right away and another amount comes from loans. The only thing about loans are that you have to pay it off, and after a certain amount if days it will rise. Example say you borrow $500,000 in loans well if the interest is 10%, then after a certain amount of days you will have to pay back $550,000. My other question is why do you need a car that is so expensive, don't forget about insurance , and gas prices are soaring through the roof. I understand you want that dream car, I used to dream about getting a Lamborghini, but it might be best if you stuck with a car that most people drive. By the time you get the money the McLaren SLR will get old and there will be something new you might want to spend money on. I am not saying you should not buy this car, whatever you desire to do, but you might end up in some financial trouble. You might need a job that pays more than $100,000 like doctors, lawyers, CEO, President of a major company. You might have to wait but if that car is so important to you then do what you must.

Or the CLK-GTR?
The CLK-GTR is better than the SLR in speed, but if you want a fast car to drive around all the time the SLR is better. The CLK-GTR is not a comphy car, thats why the put it out as not street legal. SDo basicly if u want to drive the CLK-GTR it is so fast u have to take it to a race track or the Autobahn.
