What exactly happened? I would recommend contacting eBay and Paypal if you paid through them. Paypal is really good at keeping scams to a minimum.
I'm not sure what kind of payment you used but go talk to them. Other than that, I can't give any more information because I don't know what happened.

I'm buying a mitsubishi eclipse used car. Which color would cost me the least?

Assume that I have a few cars with exact same features but they all differ in color. Which color would be the least expensive and which one would be the most expensive?
I am in Austin Texas.

No car will be more or less expensive unless there is a newer model in a different color.

What i would reccomend is going with a nutral color like white, dark blue, tan, or black. going with a bright color like red might be more expensive in the long run because of cops noticing brighter cars speeding over more nutral cars! i bought a bright red car and now 3 times, going the same speed as everyone else was the one to get a ticket. everyone else had a white car or more nutral color

Mitsubishi Eclipse Car Q?

I'm looking at a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse http://denver.craigslist.org/car/530174815.html

It needs a new engine. How much does it cost to do that? I'm looking at cars whatever I get will be my first. I'm just trying to figure out how much the typically costs and whether its worth it or not. The car is $700. I would have to get it done somewhere because I'm 17 and have no car knowledge whatsoever. Thanks!

It would cost $1500 to get it done. A 1995 Eclipse in good condition isn't even worth $2000.
