How often should my 2007 subaru legacy car be tuned up?

It now has 15,000 miles on in and no tune up. When should it be done?

check your owners manual service schedule, but plugs and wires ( I assume thats what you mean by a tune up) are recommended every 30,000 for most subarus I believe

Why do the high beams on my 1997 Subaru Legacy car work, but the low beams don't?

For some reason, the high beams are perfectly fine, and not really dim at all.. but when I switch to low beams, only the parking lights come on. Anyone have any suggestions?

change light put new 1's in both sides

I owned a 93. It was a great car but blew a headgasket. I suggest that you take the car to a mechanic to check out. If he says it is good and it is reasonable I would seriously consider it.
I have heard that the original headbolts were to soft. Tbhere are mechanics that switch the headbolt before the gasket blows. You probably cannot afford that. So don't buy that concept from anyone.
