I am looking to buy a new car. I want a Toyota Prius or Rav4?

I heard that the prius is really hard to purchase I have not so good credit(620). Some lady at the bank told us (me and hubby) that she didn't qualify for a hybrid something that the battery was 3 to 4 grand? Is this true? Also prius are small cars my hubby is 6'0 should I just go with Rav4?

RAV4 has no advantage over the Prius, except the fact that it's an SUV - whatever that means.
Prius is more roomy, has much better fuel economy and handles much better. The battery life should not be a major issue - it lasts a really long time. Besides, battery technologies are improving rapidly and prices are bound to go down in the coming years. So when you need a replacement, it may cost less than 3k.

And about the "hard to purchase" part, the lady at the bank has no idea what she is talking about.
